Concessions will be available on grounds (Proceeds to the Macon County Humane Society)
Closing date - entries must be postmarked by Monday March 8th.
Email entries will be accepted but payment for entries must be delivered by March 10th.
Times will be available, and emailed Friday.

Classes – Combined Tests $35.00, Jumper Classes $15.00 Trophy Class $25.00, Dressage $25.00. $10 Office or grounds fee per horse. Late fee $10.00 (entry acceptance at the discretion of management). With sufficient entries, classes will be split into Senior and Junior divisions, please state DOB on entry. Intro, Training Level, BN and N Tests may be ridden in a small arena. All tests may be called. Protective headgear must be worn by all riders, at all times. Kimberwick or Pelham bits are permitted for junior competitors.

May enter multiple times, all clear rounds get a ribbon, first round counts as class score.
23) 2’- 0” Kindergarten Jumper, jump off timed, closest to optimum wins.
23) 2’- 3” Training Jumper, timed jump off, fastest wins.
24) 2’- 6” Beginning Jumper, timed jump off, fastest wins.
25) 2’- 11”Schooling Jumper, timed jump off, fastest wins.
26) 3’- 3” Intermediate Jumper, timed jump off, fastest wins
27) 2’- 9” Trophy Jumper Class. Two untimed jump offs with fences raised, third
jump off timed, Prize Money to be determined by entries, but at least a $100 pot.


Arenas and Courses – All arenas are on grass. Jumping and warm up areas are on rolling terrain, with old turf. The footing is sandy loam on clay. Jumps may include some portable cross country fences, and some changes in elevation, as appropriate for the level.

Layout - The jump arena will be enclosed by tape and step in posts, and is in a 30 acre pasture, behind the house, adjacent to parking and out of sight of the dressage arena. At this time, Secretary, water and concessions will be located at the barn by the house. Water is supplied by the city and paid for by the gallon, so please use sparingly or bring your own. No dogs, please!

Prizes - Ribbons to six places, Overall CT Low Score, and Overall Dressage High Score ribbons.

Order of Go – Combined Test Dressage will run first, followed by stadium in adjacent area. Pure Dressage will run after Combined Test Dressage tests. Jumper Classes will follow Combined Test Jumping, at the appropriate heights. Call for approximate class times, once the dressage times have been assigned.

Calendar of dates – Bare Bones is planning shows for March 13, May 22, July 24, August 21 and October 23. No refunds after the closing date. No rain date, management will hold entries to next show date in the event of cancellation due to inclement weather. Enter three shows and the fourth show entry will be discounted 50% and entrant issued with a “free lunch” ticket from the concessionaire, “Duff’s Stuff”. May 22 and July 24 jumper classes will be CAEF recognized, with points counting to the CAEF year end awards, as stipulated by the CAEF rules and regulations.

Stabling – Is available within a five mile radius for $40 a night (includes initial shavings, stalls must be left clean), with a limited number of stalls available on site. Contact show management, first come first served.

Directions – Bare Bones Farm is located on the North side of County Road 9, between Hwy 80 (Exit 22 off I85) and Co Road 30 (Exit 26 off I85). From Montgomery - Exit 22, travel South on Hwy 80 for approximately 5 miles, turn left onto Co Rd 9 and the farm will be on your left. From Atlanta - Exit 26, travel South on County Road 30. Turn right (at the stop sign) onto Co Rd 9. The farm will be approximately two miles down on your right.
